RETURNS & REFUND
At Jamroc Dept., every piece is prepared with care. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, email info@jamrocdept.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

- Gift cards
- Select limited-edition drops (clearly marked as “Final Sale”)
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item, and once approved, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If the error is on our side, all costs will be covered by Jamroc Dept.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our returns facility. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments not claimed within 30 days are returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
