SHIPPING POLICY
At Jamroc Dept., we don't rush the process — every piece is created with intention and shipped with care. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and with full transparency.
Processing Time Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Each item is made to order, ensuring quality and attention to detail. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–14 business days after shipment (depending on location and customs clearance)
Estimated Delivery Window From checkout to delivery at your door, you can generally expect:
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Additional Notes
- Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.
- All items are made to order — we appreciate your patience as each piece is crafted for you.
- A tracking number is provided for every order so you always have full visibility.
- Carrier delays are outside of our control. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to their operations.
