SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS Every Jamroc Dept. piece is crafted exclusively for each order. We have made every effort to accurately represent our products online; however, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device's display settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations beyond what is described. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Jamroc Dept. reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation. Because each item is made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honored by your financial institution.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Estimated delivery times after shipment are 3–7 business days within the United States. Total estimated delivery window is 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. A tracking number will be provided for every order.
