Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email info@jamrocdept.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Damages & Issues
Every Jamroc Dept. piece is prepared with care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
• Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• If the issue is on our side, we will cover all replacement costs.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our returns facility. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments not claimed within 30 days will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs.
